Thank you for shopping at Party Themes. We want to ensure you have a great experience, but since we deal in delicate event decor and traditional items, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Wrong Items (Exchange Only)

We take extra care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong product, we offer a Free Exchange.

Time Limit: You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged product via WhatsApp at 0313-2957600.
2. Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (which are often bought for specific, one-time events like weddings or birthdays), we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once the order has been delivered in perfect condition.

Please make sure to read the sizes, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
3. Refund Process (If Applicable)

Cash refunds are only issued if we are completely out of stock for an item you already paid for online, or if an exchange is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed directly to your SadaPay/NayaPay wallet, Bank Account, or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, it cannot be canceled.
