Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Party Themes. We want to ensure you have a great experience, but since we deal in delicate event decor and traditional items, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Wrong Items (Exchange Only)

  • We take extra care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong product, we offer a Free Exchange.

  • Time Limit: You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged product via WhatsApp at 0313-2957600.

2. Returns for Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of our products (which are often bought for specific, one-time events like weddings or birthdays), we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once the order has been delivered in perfect condition.

  • Please make sure to read the sizes, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing an order.

3. Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Cash refunds are only issued if we are completely out of stock for an item you already paid for online, or if an exchange is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed directly to your SadaPay/NayaPay wallet, Bank Account, or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, it cannot be canceled.
